NEON NIGHT MARBELLA
Saturday October 7th, 2017

The two previous editions of NEON NIGHT MARBELLA were a great success. Just short of 1,000 people took part in the first year and it grew to more than 1,300 the following year. It makes for a magical night, when the city is lit up in a special way as people of all ages illuminate the streets in a chain of fluorescent colour to show their support for charity.

The footprint logo of both editions of NEON NIGHT Marbella appeared all over the Costa del Sol, reaching further afield to places such as Cadiz, Seville and Madrid. News was passed on by TV stations and town halls, and people talked about it in restaurants and hairdresser's. It was captured on camera by those who didn’t think twice about showing their support and solidarity.
The
NEON NIGHT footprint popped up on all the social networks. Countless Facebook posts and tweets helped the neon message to illuminate the internet!

C.A.D.I is a non-profit association, recently created by parents whose children have special needs or functional diversity.

Its main goal is for all the children to have their therapeutic needs covered for this they need a clinic or center that has several rehabilitation areas in addition to needing the help of qualified professionals to make life more functional for these little ones.

While trying to solve these problems and in looking for a better future for their children, the association has created different projects. Its main objective is to create a center where various therapies including: physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration, hydrotherapy, music therapy, equine therapy, craniosacral, therapeutic yoga ... this would mean saving time and km for parents who currently have to go to San Pedro Marbella, Estepona, Mijas, for various therapies and at the same the children will be less tired, which means they will perform more and better.

NEON NIGHT is a charity event and therefore, all its editions are connected to different non-profit organizations. All the proceeds from NEON NIGHT Marbella will go towards the CADI association (Centre for children with functional diversity) and the proceeds from NEON NIGHT Malaga will go to the Harena Foundation.  The NEON NIGHT initiative is lit up by the warm glow coming from the hearts of those who support its causes.
